In recent years, information decision systems are more and more paid attention by enterprises, While businesses are improving productivity,they’re also strengthening the construction and investment of information analysis systems. Many enterprises put a lot of financial and human resources in aspect of data warehouse, but they did not receive the expected report, on the contrary, if they increased the cost of operation, the credibility of the data was getting more and more low. In the field of telecommunications, the problem is starkest. The key issue is that data warehouse is lack of systematic theoretical direction and well- formedness constraint of development behavior in the early constrution. When amount of data increase, data warehouse query performance decline rapid ly,and data warehouse delay seriously in bulk.This is the subject which the data warehouse vendors study. customized model is an important direction.The customized model includes logic model customization which decide the model’s overall architecture and physical model customization which is for specific data warehouse platform, both of which are designed to require telecommunications and business areas closely, Traditional studies are based on popular Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle products in the current market. Most of the models apply only one aspect of the business, and it does not have the versatility. currently.In addition,optimization is an important research hotspot in view of the current situation. Meanwhile, data acquistion frequencies are different between the collection system of the telecommunications industry, and data warehouse is to take the daily way,while there is no way to analyze and process timely for some critical,real-time,dynamic data. This is currently a bottleneck in the development of traditional data warehouse.Accroding to above problems, this paper mainly focuses on the modeling and optimization based on the telecommunications data warehouse. This paper presents a overall system design method based on Teradata telecommunication data warehouse modeling,providing a good solution to the regulating of the early development of The data warehouse.And it combines CLDM to complete a domain model design, in addition,it provided the guiding ideology for the subsequent construction of the data warehouse.At the same time as the C LDM modeling is applied to the domestic telecommunications industry to provide a reference, this method can effectively solve the generality of the model.Finally, I carried out the optimization in view of the data warehouse and summarize P-T optimization methodology,and I proposed TEER model for data dynamic query. It has reference meaning in the Teradata data warehouse optimization, it also expand the related theory of data warehouse model of dynamic query optimization.The experimental results confirm the thesis which this article puts forward initially and statistically significant.
