In recent years, the device of the organic materials because of its low cost, high flexibility, low temperature and other excellent characteristic, is being more and more attention. Among the large number of organic optoelectronic materials, pentacene is one of the more prominent. The films of pentacene showed pyramid structure, this effectively increases the surface area of the film and the absorption of light, thus increasing the short circuit current J and photoelectric efficiency. Further the field effect of pentacene is also very good, it was prepared the field effect transistors and hole mobility as high as 3.6 cm2/Vs, While in the high-performance transistors, based on the preparation of a high-performance flexible ring oscillator, the oscillation frequency of more than 1 k Hz. And the band gap of benzene compounds with aromatic rings increase in the number decreases, and thus has strong charge injection ability, exhibits high carrier mobility. It has the highest organic material carrier mobility, up to 2cm2 / Vs, and this value even after the amorphous silicon hydride comparable, and therefore can be used as an organic field effect transistor in the channel material. While applications pentacene has a large number of reports [1- 5], but to pentacene synthesis performance as a basic skeleton of the non-planar polycyclic aromatic we do not know much. Currently planar organic molecule is applied optoelectronic devices has achieved good results, it is difficult at the top there is a great breakthrough. So we want to make a breakthrough in non-planar molecules. We all know that if the molecule is non-coplanar, will produce between different intermolecular forces, molecular self-assembly capacity will be greatly enhanced, which is planar molecules are not available. This article is intended as a prerequisite for the design and synthesis of non-planar organic material, and to investigate whether such material than the planar molecules in the field of optoelectronic applications roots.In the first chapter of this paper, the main research progress of organic semiconductor materials, characteristics, application status, and domestic and foreign research are outlined, as well as the results achieved in recent years were reviewed and selected the pentacene for this article a series of research object non-planar organic P-type semiconductor material. The second chapter four bromine derivatives were synthesized HBC and benzene. In the third chapter, the chapter on the basis of the second conductive material in order to improve the solubility and electronic properties of conjugated more design elements and synthesized eight benzo ring biphenyl OBCB. In the fourth chapter, we design and synthesis of OBCB and its derivatives. And summarizes the main content of this thesis research, lists the main results obtained in our research, and we continue to study the future of work to do a simple explanation.
