Recent years, the organic photo-/electronic materials and devices attract more and more attention from academy and industrial field.Especially, the flexible electronics which based on the organic semiconductor materials have also obtained rapid expansion due to the increasing demand of organic light emitting diode and wearable devices. As the basic component, the organic field effect transistor is one of the most important parts of the flexible electronics due to the advantages of organic semiconductor materials which is can be widely produced and with low cost, easy tailoring and flexible. However, the existing materials still cannot meet the demand of industrialization, and it is a key challenge to develop the excellent organic semiconductor materials. Most of the reported organic semiconductor materials belong to the one dimensional figuration.Comparing to the one dimensional molecules, the two dimensional molecules can provide larger ?-electrons delocalization range, and the molecules can form strong ?-? stacking which is favorable for the charge carrier transport.Based on these reasons,a serial of fusing ring compounds with star and “H” configuration were designed and synthesized in order to fabricate the high performance organic field effect transistors. The detailed contents listed as the following:1.Two star-shaped conjugated polycyclic compounds were designed and synthesized based on the benzothiophene and benzofuran.2.A conjugated polycyclic compound with “H” configuration was designed and synthesized in which anthracene was used as the central unit.3.An ambipolar organic semiconductor material were designed and synthesized based on the “H” configuration with the naphthalene imide as the central core group.
