Metal junction targets radiation harmonic mainly for the three harmonic, this paper takes the metal junction targets as the research object and the linear frequency modulated pulse system third harmonic detector as the background, focus on the completion of the software、 hardware design and debugging work of signal processor. In this paper, the main work is as follows:Studied the difference frequency signal expression and harmonic wave detector distance equation of the linear frequency modulated harmonic detector, and discussed the harmonic generation mechanism of metal junction targets from two different perspectives.According to working process and system composition of the three harmonic detector, centering on the basic architecture of ADC+DSP+FPGA, the hardware circuit scheme including ADC, FPGA, DSP, modulator and serial port is designed.Based on VHDL language, completed the program design and waveform simulation work of FPGA function module in XILINXISE and MODELSIM platform.In CCS2.0 development environment, using the method of mixed programming with C and assembly language to complete the program design of TMS320VC5416. Developed PC software, which completes two functions:one is setting the signal processor system parameter, the other is the transmission and display of AD sampling data.The software and hardware basic function of signal processor has been tested, and mounted to the harmonic target detector for overall debugging.
