With the continuous development of mobile Internet and intelligent mobile terminal, mobile terminals such as the iPhone, iPad devices, which are based on iOS (mobile operating system developed by Apple), are much more popular. Users hope that the devices could acquire important information, fulfill tasks and share their life pieces. The scale of the tourism market as China’s rapid economic development grows fast. Most of travelling applications on the mobile device are about accommodation, flights, food and other sales related, but nowadays people are more willing to record and share the process in their own journey., majority Travel Share mobile applications are similar to Sina Weibo which post photo and text or share to other SNS platform, and few app can provide users with close to journey characteristics.This paper analyzes the situation of Travelling Apps in App Store,"On the Road" recording applications is UGC (User generated content) travel scenarios mobile application software, which can combine scenery pictures,text, spot and mood as a journey. Through access to the phone’s GPS and time-zone information, as well as photo’s exif metadata automatically, App generates a journey route and timeline for the travelling. Recommended destinations and exciting journey to the user, as the Raiders Journey reference meet the needs of the user’s.."On the Road" app, as a brand new developing mobile app, not only provide the basic functions of the recorded photos and text, including the following functions as well.With the iPhone and other device’s GPS, high-pixel camera and built-in gyroscope, app could record the journey environment information by physical hardware, extracted photo exif information automatically generated route of travel and Timeline as well.In accordance with certain algorithms, through asynchronous download imags, image cache management, app could display high-resolution pictures in UITableView with optimized memory management mechanism, which make the sliding smoothly.-When user are in the mountains or during riding journey, through identifying the network status which concludes3G,2G, wifi, no network connection, poor network signal, App would save reord info in local Core Data database, which is based on SqlLite.-App shows the journey route by Google Map, the route line is drawn on the map, the Pin point records shooting information.This paper introduced the mobile application software requirements, described system architecture and system functional modules, followed by the core functionality of the mobile application "on the road" which are asynchronous download and cache management, record Offline Upload, push notifications realization in detailed description. This paper introduced on ideas about realization of the design and user experience, application software performance testing. Finally, this article briefly summarize the direction of development and prospects of the mobile application.
