In recent years, Anti-terrorism has become the focus of global attention and has been widely concerned in the world as the terrorist attacks occur frequently. In many of these terrorist attacks, bomb attacks was the most common way of terrorist attack, which is a serious threat to the national security and social stability,and has caused huge losses in terms of life and wealth.The terrorist created bomb attacks is hard to prevent,which has lager harmfulness and concealing. So, we must make the explosive detection as an important means of anti-terrorism,making the targeted research and development of devices which are of high performance and high efficiency to detect hidden explosives,it can contain terrorist bombings in the attempted state,and protect the safety of state property and people’s life,so our social stability can be maintain effectively.In this paper,we designed a vehicle-mounted explosives detection equipment with a macromolecule fluorescent membrane sensitive device.It is of high sensitivity, high-resolution. The content of this paper is a subsystem of vehicular explosives project, which main contents of this paper are as followings:(1) By using of object-oriented approach and based on MFC technology, we formulate the overall scheme of the host computer system from the characteristics of industrial control PC software.For the requirement analysis, this system is divided into four modules, including data storage module,communication module, human-computer interface and system function module.(2) After the comparison of the different serial communication methods, the communication protocol is established, and CSerialPort is employed in the communication module with the help of calling API Function. In order to improve the efficiency of software,we use multi-threaded programming mode to achieve receive and send data.(3) Make use of the Visual C++6.0avisual development tool to design the upper interface of vehicle-mounted explosives detection equipment. configured the channel parameter,show each channel data compiled. By setting the early warning valuee, had automatic alarm function.By using of function control module,had achieved lifting, heating, pump switch function of the lower computer system.(4) Test the system function according to every performance index, Combining with the real-time data display in the upper interface to validate the exactness of data transmission and test the PC software function is perfect or not.In this paper, it not only realize data communication, image display, data storage, also achieve the data processing function. The software has a kind user interface and control conveniently, its interface simple to get around and very good stability. Through the field test, this software has a stable operation and satisfactory test results.
