Research And Implementation Of Remote Maintenance Management System For POS Machine

With the continuous improvement of bank card using environment, the consciousness for Consumers card consumption has the leap of promotion. Meanwhile, the market for bank card consumption terminal (POS) and related professional services demand has reached a new height. However, the traditional POS service mode has reached a bottleneck, as whether the equipment installation, software upgrades, change set, equipment management, equipment maintenance and other work, must by professional engineers on-site manual processing, so that not only the service cost is higher, longer cycle. And, as the financial industry chain, all work completed by people, the occurrence of errors is larger, not convenience to monitor, there are certain financial risk.TMS (remote maintenance management system), the idea is through the server and POS terminal communication, achieving in all kinds of communication lines for the POS terminal for remote management, monitoring, and management。Making a commercial project during my daily work as the prototype, this paper discusses the design and implementation of the TMS. The paper first describes the background of the TMS, giving the necessity and significance of achieving TMS. Then the paper describes the business background and overall structure of this system, with a detailed analysis of related needs of TMS. The paper focuses on the design and implementation of key modules of the system, and makes detailed analyses and discussions of these modules such as terminal installing module, main application control module, data communication module, data ayalysis module, security certificate module and data integration module. Finally, the paper gives the summary and outlook of the full paper.
