With the highly development of information technology, information security has spread into every aspects of today’s society. From national security or national defense, to personal privacy, even protection of property, are related to the strong and secure information systems. Information encryption and decryption technology play an important role in the information security areas, and now researchers in this field are focus on how to enhance these technology.Efficiently producing a high-quality random number is the key part of a series of activities such as encryption and decryption.Commonly used mathematical algorithms to generate a random number in the password system can’t meet the requirements. This random number is called a pseudo-random number, it is easy to be cracked, and the disadvantage of being attacked feature make us come up with such random number which is difficult to crack, high stability, and can’t be predictable, this random number is called truly random number. Truly random number is generated by the following three methods:1, direct amplification noise;2double sampling;3discrete-time chaotic iteration. The first two implementations are easier.This work focuses on the double sampling type true random number generator compound with the noise amplification part in which to form a composite structure, so that gain their respective merits. The first chapter introduces cryptography and standard of testing random number performance. The second chapter introduces three implement methods and analyzes and compares the two sampling mode, then analysis the theory of the double sampling TRNG. The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the decline of the performance of work under the True Random Number Generator. According to the study, analysis then point out that what is the limited factor of the true random number generator and pose the problems then try to solve. The fourth chapter is based on the analysis, accomplish the circuit-level implementation, and simulate the results. The fifth chapter is the full text summary and outlook for future work.Through analysis and simulation, we can find that, the double sampling true random number generator theory and advantages and disadvantages of its module performance, review and summarize the final results of random numbers output.these efforts will enable us to improve double sampling true random number generator output data. The design finally fulfills a true random number generator and its output data is10Mbps.
