As a brand new type of learning style, U-Learning has been spotlighted by the educators worldwidely, and by this new method of teaching-learning, learners can access learning supports everywhere in any time with any device continuously and seamlessly, which makes knowledges flowing more frequently and more effective interaction with the learners. One of the significant features of U-Learning appeals to be Self-Directed, which tells the learners to absorb knowledges based on their needs, and the goal turns to be clearer and inclines to solving kinds of problems they met in reality. In this situation, learners absolutely are centered, while knowledges are partially detached from the instructors and tend to be a kind of resource to be fetched instantly when needed just like the air human breathe. In this new learning, learners are supposed to navigate knowledges by tags in order to locate what they are interested in, however, learners will be confused about the knowledges as a whole that consists of the field knowledge, or because of the sense flaw, they will feel lost, thus leading to the blind learning behaviors and bad frustration. The effectiveness of this learning is dependent on the learners’activeness and the guideline provided by the environment, especially when the focused field knowledge contains vast resources, environment should take highly effective and intelligent measures to control learning process by leading the learners, help complete the field, and assist them in finding the solutions in reality.This paper proposes a U-Learning control model, which aims at helping learners absorb knowledges more efficiently. In detail, this paper mainly consists of these parts:1) The construction of knowledge model in U-LearningAfter detailing the U-Learning features and its supporting theories, this paper constructs a simple and proper U-Learning knowledge model. And the knowledge model is structured by knowledge point, which is the tiniest entire unit for learning, while the knowledge points are bonded by the relationship between each other, and together they make field knowledge that turn out to be the set of knowledge for solving certain problems in reality.2) The construction of U-Learning control modelAccordant to the U-Learning features, this paper analyzes the learning progress and builds a U-Learning control model based on the formed knowledge model. This control model stems from the theory of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making, aiming at helping learners master the field knowledge by giving learners the next knowledge suggestion according to the grip degree about the current knowledge after the learning of the current knowledge.3) The design of U-Learning control protptype system, and the effectiveness verification of the proposed learning control model.Based on both of the U-Learning knowledge model that has already been constructed and the proposed U-Learning control model, this paper develops a prototype system, whereby a demonstration is to be held in order to explain the thoughts of learning control of this paper. At last, a specific Matlab experiment has been conducted to verify the effectiveness of the control model, while the experiment adopts constrast operation:the control group is using the proposed learning control, and the contrast group is performed the random stratery. The experiment announces the effictiveness of the proposed model in controlling learning process.
