In the case of rapid development of education informationizat:ion,faced with a large amount of teaching redundancy information,how to timely feedback the learning situation to learners is an important goal of Internet education research.When testing the exercises,it is difficult for the learner to make a decision on how to learn,and particularly it is impossible to review the relevant and targeted knowledge points based on the results of the exercises.Therefore,this dissertation takes the "C language programming" course as the research object,and carries out research work in view of the learner's learning behavior,the diagnosis result of the problem and the importance of the knowledge point itself.The main work of this dissertation are the following:1)In view of the existing research which the influence of learners' learning behavior attributes on the recommendation results of knowledge points has not been fully considered,this dissertation applies fuzzy clustering algorithm to classify learners as three types of learning enthusiasm accordning to learners' learning behaviors,namely learning enthusiasm is high,middle and low.Experiments show that these three types of learners are clearly divided,and through the statistical an alysis of the learner's problem-solving results,it is verified that learners with different learning enthusiasm have different error preferences for knowledge points,thus the effectiveness of fuzzy clustering algorithm is verified.2)Because the mastery of knowledge point cannot be probabilistic in traditional cognitive diagnosis model,there are only two cases of mastery and non-mastery.Therefore,this dissertation proposes a knowledge point recommendation model based on learning diagnosis,which comprehensively considers the problem testing situation of learners with the same learning enthusiasm and the characteristics of knowledge points themselves.Finally,through an experiment on the learning data of 352 learners,the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed knowledge point recommendation model based on learning diagnosis,and evaluate the accuracy of the proposed model.3)According to the knowledge point recommendation model based on learning diagnosis proposed in this dissertation,a knowledge point recommendation system is designed and implemented.The system can fully explore the weakness of learner's knowledge points through the learner's learning behavior record and problem test results,and provide two kinds of recommendation suggestions:one is to recommend to the target learner top-N knowledge points that is similar to the learning behavior of the learner but the target learner has no mistakes;the other is to recommend the target learners themselves need to strengthen the knowledge points,that is based the weakness of target learner's knowledge points.The dissertation describes the process of designing and implementing the knowledge point recommendation system,and shows the realization effect of the system.
