In the mining and drilling engineering, mechanical broken rock is a kind of safe and efficient way of broken rock, showing great advantages in comparison with other methods of rock breaking. Mechanical rock and rock breaker can be divided into dynamic load and static load broken rock and the combination of dynamic and static load break three ways. In the study of the past, people mainly focused on the former two types of rock, however, with the progress of social economy and technology and the actual production needs, combination of dynamic and static load rock research is becoming more and more important. The test device of rock breaking of this research is to provide the dynamic and static load combinations, namely rock vibration simulation test system.This article focuses on the research and conducted the following experiment:Analysis of rock crushing mechanism, at the conclusion of rock fragmentation analysis and comparison of static load, dynamic load and static and dynamic load combination rock breaking rock breaking, based on the combined results of previous studies, static and dynamic loads obtained can achieve the best rock breaking rock breaking effect, thus confirming the feasibility of this study.We analyzed the movement of rock breaking load test principle and design simulation test system vibration excitation rock mechanical structure. We used an inverted vertical vibration shaker provides shock loads, use the shakers and the weight of the device itself to provide static load, achieved through the belt drive rotary drill with static pressurized so as to achieve the purpose of crushing rocks. This paper introduced the various parts of the system constituted an important part of the selection and design calculations.In this issue, we completed the system’s data acquisition and display. We completed the sensor and data acquisition technology, the data will be measured by the voltage, the amount of deformation of carrier output by the computer for data reception, and finally by Lab VIEW software process control, measurement range is constructed broad, higher measurement accuracy of the test system. The system includes two parts:hardware and software. The Hardware includes the data acquisition card, sensor and a servo motor. We used Lab VIEW software to achieve rock-breaking process data acquisition, calibration, calculation, real-time display, storage and other functions, intuitive interface for image showing a real-time dynamic.In the debugging process, we had a lot of commissioning tests and data analysis, to solve the various problems encountered, and constantly improve the entire system.Through the research and test of the above content, rock vibration simulation test system can rock breakage under the combination of dynamic and static load model, and the ability to provide real-time dynamic data in order to we timely control system.
