Research On Interrogative Speech Recognition Method Based On Tourism

With the rapid development of tourism, people concerned more and more about tourist information.Currently,people usually acquire tourism information from the Internet.But due to the huge amount of information, people will waste a lot of valuable time and energies by browsing the web page by page.This style is difficult to meet the people’s need. So,how to acquire the tourism information conveniently and efficiently,meet with people’s concerns. Speech Q&A system for the tourism will supply on-line tourism information timely.As a new means, speech Q&A system get more and more attention,becoming a hot research point. In tourism speech Q&A system,questions’ speech recogniton as a important part,impact the speech Q&A system performance badly. Therefore, this paper discussed the questions speech recognition methods in tourism.The paper’s main content and innovations has:(1) Constructing tourism terms acoustic model in tourism. Point at universal acoustic model can’t recognition tourism terms well and truly,this paper brings forward a method of constructing acoustic model in tourism.Firstly,This method analyzes the pronounce characteristics of tourism terms,then base on context-dependent acoustic modeling ideas, using HMM to train the tourism terms acoustic model, constructed the acoustic model for tourism terms’recognition. Finally, Using Yunnan tourism terms recognition experiment, testified the effectiveness of tourism terms’acoustic models.(2)Integrating tourism knowledge into tourism questions speech recognition. Point at language models can’t describe tourism knowledge,this paper innovate integrating tourism knowledge into tourism questions speech recognition.This method use tourism knowledge to re-calculate the N-best decoding score,output the questions more adapt to tourism knowledge. Finally, the speech recognition experiment containing tourism acoustic model and tourism knowledge,validated the effects of tourism acoustic model and tourism knowledge.(3) Finally, This paper constructed a telephone tourism speech Q&A system,including telephone speech tourism attractions query system and hotel information query system.Lastly,analysed and estimated the system.
