Research On The Construction And Application Of Knowledge Graph In Tourism Domain

Knowledge graph,as the most important infrastructure in the era of big data,has been widely used in next generation search engine and question-answering systems.It specification defines the storage of knowledge,and can be convenient and efficient used for knowledge reasoning or decision making.More and more research on knowledge graph of specific domain is appearing.For example,in the field of tourism,some construction and application of tourism knowledge graph have emerged,yet some information which tourists directly concerned about has not been covered.Existing products based on tourism knowledge graphs are usually adopted in recommended system.This article integrates data from a variety of sources and formats,covered all aspects of tourism which tourists directly concerns,studied the construction of tourism knowledge graph and applications based on tourism knowledge graph.This paper mainly does work as follows:(1)By collecting data from various data sources and using information extraction and knowledge fusion technology,a tourism knowledge graph is constructed.In the process,an improved domain ontology construction method is proposed.The entity alignment method MaLSTM is improved for the characteristics of the tourism domain.(2)The knowledge graph question and answer model based on deep learning and semantic analysis is constructed.The COREQA model is improved for the shortcomings of the community question and answer corpus.Finally,the intelligent question and answer model based on knowledge map is merged with the generative model.(3)Based on the tourism domain knowledge graph and the intelligent question and answer model,a travel assistant system was constructed,and the functions of checking the ticket and checking the weather were added.The service is finally provided to users in the form of WeChat public account.
