Ibm X Test Room Management Improvements

The thesis presents the current situation and problems existing in server room 3R-25B for SH IBM System X series and finds out its root cause for the typical problems in the IBM X software and hardware server room. At the same time, the related improving measures are made to be executed and verified.From the aspects of both theory and practice, this thesis provides a useful reference to the management of hardware and software test server room and the thesis also makes some advice for the management concept and parcatice method. After being executed, the measures have verified the feasibility of the ideal model. All above description in this thesis are the effort and attempt which have been made to improving the server room. Of course, the model also exsit some impropriety. It will be continued improving in the future.Managing server room, it is not only for hardware, software, internet, resource, and environment but also for the users. Thus, the users' ideology education and working skills training are the important points in this thesis as well as the core of the server room management. Though there is no server management standard now, the administrator should manage it in standard eyes. This thesis makes an effect on this aspect, giving some reference to the people engaged in researching and developing servers as well as other server managers.
