With the rapid development of China's economic and industry,the contradiction between resources and the environment has become increasingly sharp,it makes our modernization and ecological environment facing severe challenges.In particular,China's shortage of water resources and serious pollution has already caused the country's high degree of attention, the implementation of Sewage treatment project demands immediate attention. At present, the status is relatively low automation,the low level of information management,low safety and poor management,at the same time,the efficiency of wastewater treatment in China is generally lower than world standards. Therefore, developing and drawing on more advanced automatic control system,adopting efficientand advanced Control Algorithm and enhancing the degree of automation treatment and monitoring need to address the main issues urgently. Based on the above mentioned and the characteristics of emulsion waste treatment process of an enterprise, this paper proposed a design and realization method of Automatic Control System for Waste Emulsion that Host computer use FIX configuration software of U.S. Intellution Inc and Lower computer utilize SHCAN2000 fieldbus control system.In this paper,after analysing of the significance of the subject, emulsion waste treatment process has been made an overall introduction firstly.This section mainly introduces the basic concepts of wastewater treatment, and several integrated pollution index, and the same time, Wastewater treatment method according to processing techniques include physical, chemical, physical chemical and biological methods and according to the degree of treatment is divided into primary,secondary and tertiary treatment,And on this basis,this paper analysis the general technical requirements of the waste emulsion automatic control system, the system's device control and system control programs.Then,in Chapter III and IV introduced composition and implementation of the waste emulsion treatment of fieldbus control system.In the part of Constituting,it provided a detailed description of hardware and software architecture of SHCAN2000 type of waste emulsion fieldbus control system. The hardware system comprises host computer operating station, CAN-bus network and SHCAN intelligent measurement and control components,the software architecture comprises the introduction of FIX configuration software, I/O driver-SHCANIO, SHCAN download and debug-SHCANCFG and SHCAN Intelligent Control Components. In the part of implementation,it mainly introduces the applications and debug results of the SHCAN2000 fieldbus control system in the "The waste emulsion fieldbus control system of SKF (Dalian) Bearings and Precision Technology Products Co.Ltd"Finally,targeting nonlinear,large delay and time-varying characteristics of the sewage aeration process,selecting Dissolved Oxygen concentration in water-DO as the control parameter to establish the approximate mathematical model, using the method of SIMULINK simulation and making overshoot, response time and static error as the standard,it contrasts the response curve on the DO settings of three kinds of control strategy-the PID control, SMITH predictive control and fuzzy control.I decided to adopt the fuzzy control by comparing the simulation results.
