Tax Information Systems Network Architecture And Security Program Design And Implementation

Nowadays, with the rapid development and widespread application of information technology, the modern information technology and network technology have become a great power for an organization to improve its management and obtain opportunities for further development. As the tax system research and disposition of strategic face new challenged such as integrated, institutions flatted, and data super-concentrated, it has entered the provincial concentration application stage. Based on the project of Huaian Local Taxation Bureau's application of large concentration of construction of the provincial, this paper researched how to use the advanced information security technology to build the tax system on Network-Savvy platform. Our main work as follows:1. Preliminary analysis, building the project plan. We firstly summarized the Huaian Local Taxation Bureau informatization construction, and then we investigated the network architecture, the technical route, the technology policy and the network security area compartmentalization of information tax system, finally we formulated the initial construction scheme under the environment of centralization.2. Construction of Wan fundamental framework. Based on the analysis of Wan topological structure and communication lines choice, backup technology, as well as the strategy of core network equipment configuration, we constructed Huaian Local Taxation Bureau Wan framework.3. Building Routing framework. For the special demand on wan IP address, routing protocols and routing strategies, we developed Routing framework for Huaian Local Taxation Bureau.4. Improving the reliability. Through the analysis of network equipment, the link layer and the elastic of protocol layers, the paper found ways to increase the reliability for Huaian Local Taxation Bureau.5. Building effective security management platform. Combined with the practical application and network situation of Huaian Local Taxation Bureau, we researched how to divide security network area rationally, and used the network-isolating devices, intrusion detection, scanning loopholes, terminal security management, safety audit, anti-virus and other network security technologies and equipments to construct a safety management platform. The system has passed provincial professional safety organization assessment many times for its high degree of security and stability of performance, and it also acquires high praise.6. To construct a unification and efficiency network management platform. The efficiency of the platform was improved by the integration of present network management software and flow monitoring analysis software.The design of the network system in this paper has been operated officially in Huaian Local Taxation Bureau system, in 2009. So far, it has run efficiently and economically.
