The remote monitoring is important for the safety production in Oil well. Two Way Automatic Communication System (TWACS) is a kind of communications system based on electric power distribution network. It can realize the area long distance transmission across the transformers, have advantages of low cost for equipments, no service cost for the operation, convenient installation and maintenance applied in remote monitoring information transmission in oil Wells. But power line is not special line for communication.The bad channel Environment in oil field distribution network is especially adverse for the TWACS signals transmission.According to power lines structure of the oilfield distribution network and motor load characteristics of oil Wells, through the simulation for the modulation of distortion signal and calculation of voltage phase difference between the sending and the receiving terminal,study the channel characteristics of the oil distribution network, and based on this design determine the time-frequency analysis method for demodulation.Comparing with the traditional communication, in this way,the communication performance is greatly increased. Due to the strong noise, the modulation power of distortion signal is restricted, through the error correction coding can further improve transmission success rate to the monitoring data receiving.According to the complex monitoring data structure of oil Wells, high safety requirements,and burst error appear easily, through the simulation and analysis of the Hamming code, BCH code, RS code of the error correction coding efficiency and performance. RS code is more suitable for burst error appear easily in the oil field distribution network. For short routine inspection data,we choose RS (31,23) code and RS(31,15) code for error correction coding, and for longer oil well damping-displacement figure data, choose RS (127,115) code for error correction coding. Add few OB for satisfing the RS code and cuts off the adding information after decoding.Through lots of simulation experiments and field test in oil field distribution network, Verify the effectiveness of the method presented in this paper.
