The Design And Realization Of Wireless Monitoring System Of The Heating Network

With the community's environmental and energy saving growing importance of emission reduction, removal of high energy consumption, low efficiency of small enterprises to regional central heating boiler is a general trend. Therefore, the construction of heating supply network wireless monitoring systems, network facilities to heat a wide range of RMON are important issue of control automation, metering automation and management modernization.According to the survey of development of the heating monitoring system for enterprises, I designed a thermal network of wireless monitoring system to support multiple wireless communication channels, measurement automation, intelligent control and human interface. The system is based on C/S model of multi-channel communication platform, using a variety of cutting-edge technology with comprehensive functionality. Queuing and data forwarding technology are used in communications server software to support for multiple wireless communication channel communications, including the Wireless Network and wireless public network (GPRS, SMS, CDMA). In the client monitoring software, the use of remote telemetry and control terminal alarm technology is designed for manual and automatic telemetry functions; software timing remote control and local control technology is designed for amount of equipment on site to achieve a control scheme switch; SMS alerts and GPS time calibrating technology is designed for the system unattended functions; in the software interface display, the bitmap approach of geographic information technology is used for implementing the user facilities, thermal digital information, visualization and location-based features.The system has been distributed for hundreds of enterprises in China. We received lots of favorable comments, and it is good for social and economic benefits.
