With the rapid development of software design and the rising bandwidth of network recently, online game industry is growing more and more mature. MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) is becoming the main direction in the online game developing company. However, many MMORPG do not provide the player a good degree of friendship and a sense of real experience because of the limitions of the current computer hardware capacity. For example, the game will be delayed when reading data, and the screen will be stuck when player acrossing the map, and player have to see an animation when switch the scene. Therefore, building a new seamless map is necessary to meet the complex business in online games developing, it is also an important task for developers in company.Firstly, this paper describes the current video game performance in seamless map and analysis the principle in implementation as well as the shortcomings. Secondly, this article identified the requirements to achieve a seamless map in a MMORPG. Based on this requires we propose the object mapping in seamless game map which based on critical section. Then analyzes the server architecture, to design new programs and realize the business of the online game. It also analyzed and compared the key difficulties in techniques. At last, the new seamless map program is compared with the traditional program one by one and make a prospect for the seamless game world.
