The telecommunication network experiences fast development from the wired Internet, the wireless Internet to the mobile Internet. Train-based mobile network which this article discussed belongs to mobile Internet category. The mobile Internet has an overall goal:no matter based on IPv4/IPv6 agreement mobile termination, or the motion subnet network such as train-based mobile network, the node can access the Internet anytime at anywhere by the random way, and maintain continuous, high-quality communications.Based on the characteristics and development trend of train-based mobile network, an access management solution of train network based on active network has been proposed. According to the fixed-line access of the train subnet information, meanwhile based on real-time speed and the bandwidth requirements, the mobile router which supports active network architecture chooses the best network to meet the needs of the train wireless access and reduce switching frequency. Simulation results show that this scheme has better optimization. Then in the train mobile network environment, more and more individual PDA equipment needs to access the Internet in the journey. Because the number of visiting mobile nodes (VMN) is huge, the change of subnet in the train mobile environment is frequent and the number determine of the accessing times of VMN is hard, huge data redundancy will be brought about. A scheme based on accessing times of VMN is proposed in this paper. The scheme decides whether to carry on operation according to the real-time accessing number of times and reduces the pressure of MR effectively. The simulation confirmation shows that this scheme plays an optimized role.
