Erp Systems Based On Soa-oriented Oil Drill Manufacturers

ERP (Enterprise resource planning) is a supply chain management-oriented information system. In more than a decade of development, ERP systems have made tremendous progress and given enterprises tremendous advanced management capabilities. Now an increasing number of companies begin to use ERP systems. However, with economic development, business activities become more flexible, the current ERP systems are difficult to adapt to the increasingly changing and flexible business processes.First of all, this paper analyzed the limitations of the traditional ERP system. At first, the majority of ERP software are too rigid, not enough flexible. Secondly, the system module reusability is poor, and is difficult to reconstruct. At the same time, it is poor at information integration for the heterogeneous system. For solving the problems of traditional ERP system, this paper built an SOA-based (Service-oriented architecture) ERP framework, which has its strong feature of reconstruction, when the business needs change, it can be quickly reconstruct to meet changes.After introduces the definition of the SOA, the basic concept, main features, this paper research the implementation technology of SOA under Internet——Web Service. Then, based on the"Reconstruction"and"demand-driven"thinking, this paper analyzed the ERP system model in the view of service, and it built the Service-Oriented enterprise ERP system model. Then considering of the characteristics of enterprise information of oil drilling tools manufacturing industry, this paper take SXHJ company for a example, after analyzed its business, the idea of SOA were used to design its ERP system's structure. Finally, based on the implementation technology of SOA, the use of Visual Studio 2005 as development platform and SQL Server 2000 as database platform to design and implement the ERP system and highlights its production management system structure and function services.This paper unifies the characteristic of the oil drilling tools manufacturing enterprise information, design the ERP system's structure based on the SOA idea and implement the ERP system, confirmed the application of SOA. This paper applies the theory of SOA to the ERP system, which has the instruction significance to the information of the mid and small enterprise that can be further consummated.
