Controlled environment agriculture is a modern, intensive way of agricultural production, which can make agricultural production not be restricted by the natural environmental factors like industrial production and can carry through the auto efficient production. The greenhouse belongs to controlled environment plant production system and is one important research object of controlled environment agriculture.Greenhouse is one site for changing plant growing environment, creating the nicest condition for plant growth, avoiding the effects of change of the four seasons and the bad weather.It has the benefits of making full use of agricultural resources, protecting ecological environment and raising the output of agricultural and sideline products. Nowadays greenhouse technology is the frontal research field internationally, the key of technology on greenhouse facilities is to collect and control the environmental factors,such as temperature, humidity light and so on.The aim of this technology is to raise the controlling and job accuracy.Greenhouse operation system means collecting the environmental parameter in the greenhouse by sensor, controlling all the executive equipments according to the certain regulation and then reaching the aim to control the greenhouse environment by hand. The controlling system is the completed automatically and intelligence by computer. Studying the environmental control system of the greenhouse, the management mode of very networked modern agriculture based on control technology automatically, it is very potential. It's the most important problem on greenhouse technology for study how to raise the controlling level on greenhouse environment and the modern management degree effectively.The controlling system for greenhouse environmental factors is designed and exploted, which can realize several functions, for example, controlling the greenhouse environmental information, data collection and management, and also raising the automatic level for the greenhouse operation system. Meanwhile, the system has humanistic operational interface, universal use and open end. The configuration software used in the greenhouse monitoring system is in view of the configuration software and suitable to the plant growth process of the greenhouse agriculture. This software can create the monitoring and managerial system to the certain greenhouse target.Greenhouse is a system with more input and output. The variable quantity doesn't exit independently. Each sub-system is linked mutually. It affects the change of other state of variable quantity by controlling the individual environmental factor. So it's hard to build precise maths model. It's also hard to control the greenhouse environment effectively by the traditional operational method and it's impossible to get the good result. This passage emphasizes the expert system of greenhouse environmental monitoring and combines the expert system with the greenhouse environmental monitoring system, so as to realize the automatic controlling of the system.The system can realize intelligent controlling, it's the trend for the development of greenhouse operation technology, and it will have a wide future in the field of the greenhouse intelligent controlling.For the needs of all kinds of seeding trays, this passage talks about greenhouse spray operation system on account of image, which can spray automatically and thoroughly by the seeding tray arrangement in the greenhouse. The spray system mainly consists of camera-control monitor, spray installation, graphic processor, subsidiary electronic equipments and mechanical elements. It is an Eye-in-Hand system. The network camera-control monitor is installed vertically on one side of the spray installation and the running for both the monitor and spray installation is controlled by the electronic machine. The system can control the water valve and spray precisely by collecting the graphs and sending them in the computer, getting the boundary information and the distribution of the seeding tray by the graphic processing software.The application of the image control has been put forward a new thinking for the development of the greenhouse monitoring technology and the performance for the system has been improved greatly.In the dissertation, they are emphasized:The total design of the greenhouse controlling system; How to build the system surface and inner structure by the strength operation; The realization of the controlling strategy by the expert system; The design the greenhouse spray system by the graphic operation; The choice and design of the system hardware; Discuss the reliability of the system by testing based on both the hardware and software. The last, by argumentation, the greenhouse monitoring system has got the reliable result by monitoring the process of the plant growth and can offer the greenhouse environment for the plant growth.At last, the achievements of this paper were concluded, the shortcomings were analyzed and some opinions were proposed for future work.
