Communication in high frequency (HF) channel, which can not only be used in several fields such as aviation and sailing, but also has played an important role in the business of ATC, is a new hotspot for the development of communication. As the primary communication equipment working for ATC, VHF channel can be influenced by several factors, such as topography, distance and route. Because of these factors, the signal can't cover the whole area. In that case, communication in high frequency, which can transmit further and suffer less interference from the field, will be important as the refill. The HF equipments used by ATC have been so obsolete that can not adapt to the increasing needs of ATC. So it is important to change our HF equipments and develop suited units for new equipments.Above all, the purpose of our research is to design the so-called equipment: embedded technology using relay-operated method, which can adequately integrate other equipments of ATC and construct a High Frequency System basing on the new machine. The system for designing, must base on the equipment which has been used in ATC for a while。Although the relay-operated method has been widely used in VHF way, we have hardly found the use of HF way. So during the research, the purpose is not only designing the equipment to fit the needs of transporting, audio changing and signal gathering, but also to find a way to use new HF equipment safely. The purposes of the research:1. Basing on the embedded technology, designing the relay-operated machine to deal with HF signal.2. Designing the system for the relay-operated machine.3. Completing the software fitting for the relay-operated machine.4. Accomplishing the exploitation and testing for application.
