Embedded system has infiltrated widely into the science research, project design, military technique, all kinds of industry, business, civilization, art, and many many aspects of our daily life. And the embedded operating system plays a great role in embedded system. Because of the specifity of the embedded real-time operating system, we can not test it easily. So, how to design and implement the testing of embedded operating system is the focus. This thesis just research and discuss the capability testing of embedded operating systemμC/OS-II.The embedded operating systemμC/OS-II function is tested and operated on PC platform, compiling directly through Borland C and VC ++. Because of the special kernel of the embedded operating systemμC/OS-II, this testing chooses the API, which is key point of the whole capability, to test the capability. We design the task-switch testing, interrupt testing, task-delay testing, task-creation testing, stack-using testing, and implement some of them.This thesis combines the pipeline monitoring system for embedded operating system, various performance tests, which makes the test more practical significance, also can find some of the application system, from the defects of the system can be optimized to ascend, performance. This theory and practical USES the method of combining the first real-time operating system performance analysis, and then combining with real-time system performance test method of pipeline monitoring system, the interrupt system, task switching, create tasks, time delay function, data structure, with expansion of TCBS function expansion, the task of simulation test from seven aspects. The seven aspects of testing the pipeline monitoring system in all aspects of real-time operating system, the actual performance of the engineering application, and provides the reliable data for the optimization of system.
