College Talent Management Decision Support System Design And Realization

The management work of university talented people mainly is the input of university professionals' information, then carries on the structure analysis, the trend analysis and the target completes the situation analysis according to the professionals' information, but also the leadership makes the decision according to the information. The thesis research the university talented people management auxiliary decision system base-on the management work construction needs, is clear about all levels of various departments user role and the responsibility, has determined the professionals data analysis and the auxiliary decision-making and so on professionals management work key information content, thus proposed that the university talented people manage auxiliary policy-making the data logic model and business logic model.In this thesis, used of LAMP (Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP) for developing the platform as the system, to use the B/S construction, the data storage technology, the dynamic graph technology, the data mining technology, solves the talented people management work to superintendent's auxiliary policy-making support. Thus, the construction university talented people manage technical system and application system.In this thesis, uses the object-oriented software technique development to realize the university talented people management auxiliary decision system. The application result indicated: The technical system and the plan which proposed through this thesis, the university talented people management auxiliary decision system is possible to complete each work which the university talented people management, carries on the structure analysis, the trend analysis and the target to each target completes the situation analysis, may discover in university's professionals dispose the insufficiency, and carries on the improvement promptly in view of the insufficiencies, but may also assist the superintendent to carry on the prompt policy-making support, in order to avoid delaying the processing question opportunity.
