CRM is the combination of the three important elements: the customer, the relationship and the management, it represents the shift of enterprise's emphasis while facing the global competition. Generally CRM contains the following functions: management of customer information, management of marketing, management of products sale, management of employee, management of service, customer concern, stat. etc..Currently hua ya dong ying plastics corporation facing that situation: lacking of customers and feel confusion of useful or useless customers information. For solving this, we can use information technique to manage customer resources information centrally. Joint customer information which has been classified and worked in related operation field to share the customer information with the marketing and sales, product R&D, customer service and technique support etc…,and has given the algorithm of the enterprise fine reputation, the algorithm of the goal customer localization, the product degree of satisfaction algorithm, auxiliary enterprise decision-making.This topic focus on the demand for plastic companies, with a view to the characteristics of customer relationship management, we use the method of software engineering and the .net framework development platform, SQL Server2005 and Web services to develop a suitable CRM system of the company customer relationship management.
