Also, A survey states that 48.28% of youngsters have linked into pornographic websites, 43.39% have received some e-mails or e-cards with violence, pornography, terror, etc., and 69.4% of the youth consider the net and playing the net games as escaping the life and work pressure and a way to express their feelings.Nowadays, in order to protect the non-adults, the governments in different countries across the world have done much work, such as purifying the internet content, developing measures to prevent internet-addict, etc. But some businesses'being driven by large profits and the pervasive use of computers and the network make people, especially the parents, more and more concerned about how to control and monitor children's use of the internet.This thesis aims at developing a home-used computer monitoring system in order to monitor and manage the total and the successive computer-use time, the accessible white net-list and the inaccessible black net-list. This system is applicable to home-use computer with a screenshots function, and it is easy to install, to employ and to maintain.
