Many areas in the industrial production need temperature testing. In some special applications environment,such as high electromagnetic interference,inflammable,explosive,strong corrosion, the traditional signal transmission system is difficult to detect the temperature to meet the needs of the application,new requirements of temperature sensors with high security,good insulation,anti-electromagnetic interference ability,fast response,high temperature,small size,reusable and other advantages. Using fiber Bragg grating sensor technology in the temperature sensor has its unique advantages.According to the FBG sensor characteristics, we can see that grating at the same time increase the external stress and strain and temperature-sensitive. In the design of the Fiber Bragg Grating temperature sensors when applied to solve the stress and strain on the temperature sensor grating wavelength offset the impact.This article is designed a FBG temperature sensors that has non-sensitive with foreign increase stress and strain. Through the double-layer structure eliminationaled additional stress and strain on the Bragg wavelength of the value of the impact of migration. Established the relationship of the fiber grating temperature sensor model and the amount of temperature change in the Bragg wavelength shift of the value.Developmented a fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor that has not sensitive to the external stress and strain. At frist,we to do the material selection for Fiber Bragg Grating temperature sensor. According to the materials selection and outside the control analysis, calculationing the control of temperature sensors in each parameter,to do the structure design on the size of temperature sensor.At last, Good for processing the single device package.To do the experiment for Fiber Bragg Grating temperature sensor, by changing water pressure for the authentication of fiber Bragg grating external temperature sensor is not sensitive to additional stress and strain. Use water bath method for temperature measurement experiment, according to the experimental data, we can get the static performance of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor temperature.
