In the new media era, the media made the audience reading habits increase there are major changes. This paper using comparative method of new media era exploring the transformation of audience reading habits and change, in order to explore the method of questionnaire to new media influence of audience reading habits and the future trend of development and dissemination of countermeasures. This paper discusses the following aspects:Preface parts: with different age and media material development of change, people's reading habits in everyday life with changing. Based on the different groups of audience systematic study reading habits, we can grasp the future reading, life audience with its development trend produced a positive impact.The first part: mainly to the new media, audience reading habits, etc, generalize their vocabulary to define new media era, according to scope of various media before the arrival, find out the audience in the speaking era, printing era, the electronic age when reading the habit, and generalizes the characteristics, after a few parts for the article focuses on new media era groundwork audience reading habits.Part 2: mainly elaborated the new media times audience in the habit of reading and characteristics, and the audience in new media times reading habits of transformation.
