Compared with traditional communication tool, such as Newspaper, broadcast and TV, Internet Communication is a new concept that born recently. Internet communication, consisting with Internet technology, multimedia technology and digital technology, is the production of continuously development of Information Technology. It also a communication which allow all kinds of information exchange on Internet. This information restores on material such as light and magnetism and utilizes computer and Internet to disseminate rapidly. The information can be reviewed and reused by computers. Internet communication can help social communication and disseminate human culture. Meanwhile, Internet communication is characterized by globality, hypertextuality and interaction, so it is defined as a kind of communicating mode by which information communicator transmits information via internet. It breaks limitations of methods of traditional communication and enlarges traditional communication's scope which helps information spread immediately and effectively.Aesthetic activity is human-based, and is one of human beings'mental activities. It explains the concept and features of Internet communication. It states the influence on aesthetic value, explores the expressions of aesthetic value in Internet communication.
