The Liaohe Oilfield communication and service system, is such a system that provides the unification service for its users the comprehensive naturecommunications. The system can supply the functions of manual and automatic working, integrated transportation of problems and the retrospective interviews. The system improves the quality of custom service and increases the efficiency of handling the problems, which can increase customer'satisfaction and loyalty, and are very important to our company'social competitions.The Liaohe Oilfield communication and service system takes"united reception, dispersive handle, retrospective interview collectively"as the rule to handle customer'problems as quickly as possible to satisfy the need of them. It also absorbs the advantage of C/S and B/S technically witch is the trend of international customer services. During the process of design, the part of C/S takes the DataSet and XML. The part of WEB constructs the Struts+Spring+Hibernate, the process of memory under Oracle, which assures that the system has a strong collection and extension.The system will far influence the management and application of the communication company of Liaohe Oilfield in the few years. It's a good foundation for the communication company of Liaohe Oilfield turnning from cost centre to profit centre.The writing has a general meaning on the process of handling problems, and also is the case foe communication company, which has a studying meaning and applied value for the construction of information of electrical communication businessman and the advanced business supporting systems.
