This paper first introduces the police information network history of the development and current situation analysis of existing problems of Information network supervisor construction in China, and let Zhejiang Public Information Network Security Supervision Department as the entry, put forward the new ideas and methods of construction of Public Information Network Security Supervision Based Database Management System.In this paper, according to the duties and responsibilities of the department of Public Information Network Security Supervision, I discuss and analyze the functional requirements and design principles of the based database management system, and in the context of the department, put forward the design framework of the based database management systems, and specific describe the basic data for the design and implementation, and describes based database-building programs by integration of sector-specific VPN network.Based on the work of Internet police operations and the theory of building information systems, combined with my practical work of the public security departments, the police service on the information system construction and application are discussed, for e-government of other government agencies, large enterprise information construction has some significance as reference.
