Yichun City, The Development Of Science And Technology Project Management System

With the high-speed development of scientific technology, the efficiency of the management of projects under scientific and technological planning, some aspects such as, the scientization and modernization of the decision-making, the data-sharing among the internal function departments of their information resources management. It is urgently needed to establish a management operating system of projects under scientific and technological planning which is supported by the information technology, computer technology and network techniques.According to the need of science and technology bureau which reinforce the management informationization, this thesis combines the statusquo of current declaration of management of the projects under scientific and technological planning with the practical situation of the city science and technology bureau. Its research and development objects are based on the handing operation and related information system of Yichun's projects under scientific and technological planning. And it mainly concentrates on the shortcomings which include the non-standard of the technological measures performance form and the simplicity of the categories of the application forms. It also analyzed the features of the management of projects under scientific and technological planning, the user's analysis of the cases. The users design the use-case analysis of the crucial business logic according to the need of business progress, system functions and performance. And it designs the function module which coincidences the manage work flow of Yichun's projects under scientific and technological planning.The system employs JAVA and database technology, uses J2EE as development platform, uses MVC as design pattern, uses Struts as development model, this system also used UML as modeling tools, supports standard SQL database, studies declaration and evaluation system of projects under scientific and technological planning which based on B/S. The most remarkable advantage of the system is that the whole development process is running which is surrounded by the use cases in the requirements phase; it also uses the Case Diagrams to illustrate the activities and products in the every step of the project process.The system can supply real-time and instant declaration and evaluation service. It also increases the efficiency of the project declaration. It has the merits of over-all function, data sharing, good compatibleness, convenience and speed information delivering, simple operating, friendly interface, and good augment ability.
