The CMS is used to make the site dynamic and interactive and make it easy to manage and maintain the site. The content management and the outward appearance design are separated by the CMS. The page design is saved in the template,while the content is saved in database or in the independent files. When a user requests the page,a standard HTML Page is formed in various contents.At first, this thesis introduces the interrelated knowledge of content management system (CMS) and technology, then it analyses the requirement of the content management system and puts forward the design of system function and structure framework, finally, it introduces the implement of system, emphases on the user privilege management module and the key technology. The system based on the J2EE technology and B/S mode technology,the system make full use of the thinking of object-oriented programming (OOP),component technology, Database connection pool, struts framework, which meets the requirements for reliability, expandability and reusability. The system may serve as an effective platform of managing and issuing real-time information, which reduces the complexity about the construction of information website so it has shown favorable development prospects.
