The yarn tension is an important parameter in textile processing industry.If the yarn tension vibrates too large,it will affect the product quality and the follow-up processing goes smoothly.So the yarn tension is needed to be real-time measured in the textile processes to limit the vibration of the yarn tension.With the rapid development of the modern texile industry,the textile industrial control system has set high requirements for the collection,conversion,tarnsmission,real-time and reliability of the multi-point field signals.However,the current yarn tension sensor generally have disadvantage of few examine points, random measure,miscellaneously operating , unfavorable to test automative and etc. With the small textile tension measuring technology and the CAN fieldbus technology integrating and the intelligent sensor of small textile tension research, small textile tension fieldbus measure come into work. Compared with the traditional tension sensor it has obvious advantages,it will have take an broad application prospects.In this paper,the high-precision of traditional resistance strain sensor and CAN are the research object.The signal conditioning of resistance strain sensor and CAN bus communication have been studied in the system in which dsPIC30F4011 is the main controller.The main work contains the hardware design and the software design. In the former,pre-level sensor signal conditioning circuit to MAX1452 as the core,signal processing circuit to digital signal controller as the core and CAN bus communication circuit are designed.In the latter, compensation software of MAX1452, system software of main controller and CAN bus communication software are designed.In addition,implement the data management software system for the intelligent sensor of small textile tension by using Labwindows/CVI development tools and real-time database FastDB.This software system can achive the upper and lower computer friendly interaction.Finally, through the experiments,it can prove this system more accurate,faster on speed,easily measurement automation, and has evident and useful value in small textile tension measurement.
