With the developing of Chinese economic, a number of farmers leaved their home for city. Since 1990s, "the family flow" which the migrant workers floated with their wives and children has become more and more obvious, and more and more children of migrant workers need to receive education in city. In recent years, with the support of national policies, most of migrant children are able to have education in local public schools. However, there is still a debatable issue. Do the children entering into the city public schools realize the equality of local children and migrant children? The migrant children and local children have grown up in different background; they have experienced the difference of city culture and rural culture, so there are some conflicts when the migrant children leave home for city schools. The centers of my study are:what the adjustment problems of migrant children into urban public schools, which strategies should the state, society, schools and parents adopt.In this article, I go through a lot of relevant literature; Then I supplement my researcher by a questionnaire survey and interviews on migrant worker's children adjustments and learning difficulties.My article is divided into four parts in all.In the first part, I discuss the background of this study, review others study results about this field, and then propose the value of my study.In the second part, show the types of migrant children's living conditions and adaption firstly. And then analyze the children's studies adaptation in specific, such as Individual psychological adaptation, academic adaptation and social adaptation.In the third part, Analyze the cross-cultural factors in specific, such as the regional cultural differences, urban-rural culture differences, the difference between the migrant workers'and residents.In the last part, by learning the lessons of foreign immigrant's education, I propose some suggestions for migrant children's education. such as educational practice, policy implementation, technical support. All the school parents and society should take some measures make children live happily.Compared with our existing research, the contribution of this paper seeks to:(1)Grasp the adapt difficulties of the migrant children which in public school.(2)Propose some effective strategies and methods to help migrant children...
