Heilongjiang Province, Rural Secondary School Physical Education Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Research

Our country is a traditional agricultural population, improving agricultural population of the country is related to the national comprehensive quality of future development and prosperity of the nation.To improve the comprehensive quality of the agricultural population must focus on rural areas of modern school education. The school sports work is an important part of modern school education, therefore, research and promoting rural school sports work has important strategic significance. This study based on rural schools sports teaching situation in Heilongjiang province of investigation and analysis, by using the documentary data method, questionnaire method, interview method, method of mathematical statistics, logic analysis method and other methods, demonstrating the Heilongjiang province rural school sports work problems, forming factors and decision-making,the measures for the rural school sports work to provide decision-making basis and theoretical foundation of reality.Research shows: Rural schools in Heilongjiang province from the local government leadership to social environment have improper idea on sports work. They just pursuit graduation rates,and believe physical education is useless, so PE class and funding are affected certainly. Incomplete management system,sports ZhuanGan equipped with various sports work, influence of further development. Sports teacher shortage,high proportion of part-time teachers;Bachelor degree is less;Age structure is reasonable,young teachers make the main part;Senior professional titles are relatively few;PE teachers know less about the new sports thought;PE teachers work overload;PE teachers' welfare are generally lower than other teachers,which seriously influence teachers' work enthusiasm. In school, per capita hardware facilities and standard stadium is not enough for education; Equipment quantity is less and in single species, the damage percentage is higher. The teaching of physical education at school everyday,with grade in course of the tendency to reduce physical education,where more serious;extracurricular activities for a shorter period of time and time,content is relatively single;school largely on the track,the greater part of the school year,but both categories. in view of this project and develop the heilongjiang province in the school work,first you must change their mind and further increase in the school sports meet;work to improve management.Improving the sports teacher's social status and benefits and promoting the sports teacher made the work of the initiative,program for planning, sports, extracurricular sports and athletics.
