Over the past decade, as China's rapid economic growth, the demand on professional and technical personnel that the market economy needs is increasing.The large size of the national vocational education has sprung up everywhere. Secondary vocational education is in the foundation of China's vocational education system. Accelerating the development of secondary vocational education has a strong practical significance. First, accelerating the development of secondary vocational education is the inevitable demand that better adapting to the urgent need on high quality skilled personnel that China's economic and social development needs and to speed up building a powerful country of human resources. Second, accelerating the development of secondary vocational education is the inevitable demand that better meeting the diverse learning needs of the people, further promoting employment and educational equity. Third, accelerating the development of secondary vocational education, is the urgent priority to accelerate the popularization of high school education, promoting the sustainable, coordinated and healthy development of education.The so-called teacher, is available as a teacher talent. It's the number of teachers in education, quality and potential use, play and reserves situation. The teachers refers to teachers to enrich, enhance and grow, from a broad perspective to define the role of teachers, it means the teachers that are shapers of the human soul. We can believe that the realization of the four modernizations depends on science and technology, advances in technology depends on talent, talent development depends on education, the good or bad of education depends on teachers. Teachers, school support points for all the work.Therefore, Teachers are the heart of school management. In a narrow sense, construction of secondary vocational school teachers is key to survival and develop in secondary vocational schools nowadays. No high-quality teachers, not high-quality development of students, no high-quality vocational education.Shaanxi Province, as a leading province in western development. In recent years, steady economic growth, demand for professional and technical personnel is steadily rising. Particularly in the past decade, secondary vocational education of Shaanxi has made considerable progress, highlighted in the increasing number of schools and the expanding of school enrollment continuely, has provided a strong technical personnel support for the economic development of Shaanxi Province. When the secondary vocational education is in full swing and boom, we should clearly see that secondary vocational education still has a lot of problems. Especially in the teaching structure, it can not meet the demand for talent that the social market economy needs.The writing idea is this:first to design the target of Shaanxi secondary vocational education teachers structure. In this section, I'm prepared by the index data under "China Statistical Yearbook of education" (2008) which was compiled by the Development Planning Division in Ministry of Education, according to policy text "the views to strengthen construction of secondary vocational school taechers in the "Eleventh Five-Year" and "national key secondary vocational school evaluation index system", the contents of the above two concrete into student-faculty ratios, academic ratio, title ratio, part-time teacher ratio, full-time teacher ratio, the proportion among specialized courses teachers, practical guidance classes taeachers, basic courses teachers. Then, calculated datas over all series based on "education in Shaanxi Statistical Yearbook" (2008),we can find problems of the structure of secondary vocational school teachers in Shaanxi, compared with the standard values. and then analyze these situations using sociological theories to be able to identify the crux of the problem. Major sociological theories mainly used in text is Role theory,Weber's "ideal type category," social capital theory, Jonathan·Turner's emotion theory. After completing the theoretical analysis, I envisioned a ideal structure of secondary vocational school teachers in Shaanxi and provide recommendations to improve the structure of Shaanxi secondary vocational education teachers. The final chapter is summarized. This section focuses on reflection that what problems have been solved in the paper and what issues still exist. Through discussion of this article, I would like to come to the conclusion:Although there are still some problems in the structure of Shaanxi secondary vocational education teachers, but I believe that through the Shaanxi Education Department, the joint efforts of many scholars and schools, the structure of secondary vocational education teachers in Shaanxi Province Teacher is bound to develope following a more suitable structure of Shaanxi, and even following the direction of national economic and social development, will ultimately develop healthily and vigorously under the market economy.
