The technique of Cheerleading pyramid, as one of four categories of difficulties, plays a very important position in the sets of action.The paper had access to the papers and books concerning the Competitive Cheerleader, and various relevant information on the official website of cheerleading associations.The study in our country focused the status quo, the process of carrying out and developing trends of the survey analysis and discussion in perspective of the Competitive Cheerleader. It also involves the technical features, action planning, choices in difficulty level, artistic expression, etc. It is followed by corresponding analysis and discussion. There is little paper on it abroad. The main research direction mainly focuses on cheerleading injuries, physical and psychological aspects of its scientific knowledge. Research concerning the skills in cheerleading pyramid among the complete set of movements at home and abroad has so far not been found.Based on the video, other materials and the rules of China's All-Star Competitive Cheerleader Championship from 2006 to 2008, in combination with our current development and practical features of Competitive Cheerleader,with the method of literature review, expert interviews, video data, induction of Statistics, etc, the paper provides a systematic and comprehensive analysis and discussion of related factors affecting the complete action on our Competitive Cheerleader skills to complete the pyramid structure and technical features, as well as the reation of the movements and actions.It also touches upon the changes and development in the difficulty level of the movements involved in Cheerleading pyramid. In order to better develop the creativity in the arrangement skills in cheerleading pyramid, to make up for the deficiency, to provide reference for the cheerleading pyramid Creating skills,teaching training and theoretical research, as well as the Competitive Cheerleader improvement and development of technology, the research shows that: (1)Pyramid increase the difficulty and breathtaking action of the whole sets of action, heighten the artistic effect of the overall arrangement.(2)Pyramid itself has a very strong sense of the plastic arts, and can interpret the idea of this team and the moral indication of the whole movements.(3)Pyramid has larger space of shaping changes, and material from a wide range.(4)Pyramid has the biggest space for changing and can improve the innovation of the overall sets of action.(5)An element of the pyramid are more diverse, complex, has more novel modeling, and are very unique.(6)Completing the pyramid has high requirements for athletes.Based on the results, we make the following recommendations:(1)Cheerleading Movements should pay attention to the role played by pyramids in integrated movements.(2)When selecting the transitive connecting of the pyramid, we should pay attention to the shape and continuity.(3)In the aspects of the innovation, we should focus on the discovery of active material, an open mind, and strive to create a unique pyramid second to none.(4)It is necessary to strengthen the cooperative and balancing ability between team members,but also pay attention to individual practice in groups to ensure the perfect completion of the pyramid.(5)Reasonable arrangements of the physical energy occupied in the pyramid in the complete set of actions, while ensuring the accomplishment of the pyramid, one can not overlook the perfection of the whole sets of actions.(6)Based on the characteristics of the various team members to carry out the choice of the pyramid, it is necessary to reflect both the artistic features and the competitive power of the athletes perfectly. |
