This paper will use the methods of literature material, video analysis, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, studied the layout of trio complete action according to the FIG2005-2008 competitive aerobics competition rules and FIG2009-2012 competitive aerobics competition rules for the 10th, the 11th world aerobics championship, explore the trends of the trio categories arranged in the complete action, On this basis ,put forward the relevant suggestions to china's trio.This main research results obtained are as follows:(1)The layout of movement pattern:In the guidance of new competition rules 2009-2012, artistic score and difficulty score has increased significantly, but execution score has reduced. Pay more attention to the whole layout of the competitive aerobics, especially the artistic quality and appreciation, the layout of movement pattern has more complex and changeable, however, no matter in the upper limb, lower limb or your body directional changes times has all reduced, the symmetrical action in the upper limb and the feet action has increased.(2)The design of movement:Under the changes of the new and the old rule, difficulty movement category has no obvious difference, difficulty movement of high scores tends to increase significantly, from 0.5-0.8 score into 0.7-1.0 range, the number of high score difficult movement has increased in before and after half a set of actions, and linking movement has also significantly increased, the high scores difficult action has no longer focused on the beginning and end, but according to the need to appear the best position in the whole arrangement of athletic movement. The transition and connection movement has increased stand-ground-stand type, reduced the ground-stand type and increased a lot of complicated form and novel movement types in the 11th world championships.The body interactive form tends diversification, and the content has more complicated, the whole process of interaction has been prolonged. The two highest frequency used is triangle and slash shape in the two world championships, accounting for more than half of whole form changing. China especially needs to pay attention to the formation of training.(5)Expanding the creative thinking of competitive aerobics coaches and athletes, improve the athlete's artistic expression, ensure complete movement high-quality perfect completed, according to the personal characteristics of athletes ,choreographing the suitable athlete's own most art creativity, complex diversity and appreciation, has characteristic of complete set movement, further improve the competitive aerobics music selection.(6)Research and training should be combined to form systematic and scientific training system of competitive aerobics.
