This study adopts questionnaire survey on the countryside elementary school teachers of suqian .Understand the psychological contract of teachers in rural primary schools and explore it's affects to job satisfaction by comparing with teachers of city primary schools in Suqian and rural primary schools in Jiangsu province.In this research, teachers' psychological contract questionnaire, teachers' job satisfaction questionnaire was used as measuring tools.descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model statistical methods was used to analyze the data. Research results show that:The fulfilling degree of teachers' psychological contract in Suqian rural elementary schools is above average,and the degree of teachers' duty is higher than the school's ; The degree of overall job satisfaction of teachers in Suqian rural elementary schools is above average. The degree of satisfaction from high to low is colleague, teaching, leadership, promotion and income.The fulfilling degree of teachers' psychological contract in Suqian rural elementary schools is different in gender,age,education,class hour,and whether the charge teacher.Teacher's developing responsibility,teacher's relationship responsibility and school's developing responsibility of teachers in Suqian rural elementary schools is higher than teachers in Suqian city elementary schools,but lower in teachers' trading responsibility.The fulfilling degree of psychological contract of teachers in Suqian rural elementary teachers is higher than teachers in Jiangsu province countryside elementary school .The level of the whole job satisfaction, promotion and teaching factors of teachers in Suqian rural primary schools is higher than teachers in Suqian city primary schools,but lower in principal factors . The level of the whole job satisfaction, the principal factors and colleagues factors, promotion and teaching factors of teachers in Suqian rural primary schools is higher than teachers in Jiangsu province countryside elementary school teachers,but lower in income factors .In the various factors of psychological contract and job satisfaction,the relevance between income factors and teacher developing responsibility, trading responsibility relationship responsibility is not significant, others is significant.Teachers that invest high both in psychological contract is few in Suqian rural elementary schools.The level of job satisfaction of teachers that invest high both in psychological contract is the highest in the four kinds.Teachers' psychological contract affects job satisfaction in Suqian rural elementary schools.The influence of the school teachers responsibility to job satisfaction is negative , while school responsibility is positive .
