In order to research conditions and relationships ofteachers' psychological contract, job satisfaction and self-esteem, this research utilizes the self-made "Teachers' Psychological Contract",the self-revised "Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire"and "the Self-Esteem Scale" as a survey tool to facilitate the research. The results shows that (1) "Teachers' Psychological Contract" contains two facets of "school obligation to teacher "and "teacher obligation to school", which representatively include three dimensions: transaction obligation, development obligation and interpersonal obligation. Inspections indicate that the questionnaire is of satisfactory reliability and validity, so it can be a useful survey tool for the research. (2) The self-revised Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which includes three dimensions: outer satisfaction, inter satisfaction and common satisfaction. (3) The degrees of school obligation to school and teacher obligation to school in teachers' psychological contract, job satisfaction and self-esteem among the teachers remain at the level of average, high, average, above-average representatively. (4) As the time length of teaching and work qualification to some extent affect on the teachers' psychological contract and job satisfaction, but not on teachers' self-esteem. (5) Using regression analysis to analyze the inner relations of teacher psychological contract , there is positive correlation between school obligation to teacher and teacher obligation to school. Development obligation of school obligation to teacher is able to successfully predict interpersonal obligation of teacher obligation to school as well as interpersonal obligation of school obligation to teacher is able to successfully predict development obligation of teacher obligation to school, while transaction obligation of school obligation to teacher is only certain predict transaction obligation of teacher obligation to school. (6) There is positive correlation between teacher's psychological contract and job satisfaction . Interpersonal obligation of school obligation to teacher is an effective predicted variable to teacherjob satisfaction. Besides this , transaction obligation of teacher obligation to school , work qualification, development obligation of school obligation to teacher are also able to predict job satisfaction. (7) There is some correlation between school obligation to teacher in teacher's psychological contract and self-esteem which is not out -standing. However, there is positive correlation between teacher obligation to school and self-esteem. In teacher obligation to school , transaction obligation of teacher obligation to school and interpersonal obligation of teacher obligation to school are effective predicted variables to teachers' self-esteem.
