Teaching and Research Group is an important component of China's primary and secondary school organizational structure. It plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of classroom teaching and professional development for teachers. With the changing relationship between schools and society, and thus bring additional services to increase school, the Construction of the school organization shows more and more characteristics of bureaucracy. In originally TRG as a professional non-executive body of the school TRG, the Organization property and Structure function gradually evolved. It increasingly acts as a role of "on the situation issued ", and undertakes administrative duties. Consistent with this evolution, TRG to achieve the exchange of ideas, experience sharing, emotional support and professional assistance through collaborative teaching and research, to help Mentoring to promote professional development of teachers and other related functions is weakened gradually. From The dimension of TRG' culture construction, Need to nurture "Adult succeed" values, Development the multiple levels of understanding TRG on "co-teaching and research, Reconstruction the daily teaching and research methods. From the dimension of the main Self-role and attitude, need to Transform the attitude of the teachers, reconstruct the role of the TRG chief. From the dimension of the external environment transformation. School Leadership and manager should commit to create a good platform for the development of TRG. Through the management center down to activate the vitality of the organization, strengthen the system to lead the development of the organization, Respect for the professional, Strengthen professional development.
