The family is a place which satisfies individual multi-dimensional demand as physiological, material and spiritual demand, and the spouse-selection is always an essential action before the marriage and an important research area in the marital family research. The spouse-selection is not always a relaxed, purely individual free choice. Because it relates personal future and the family prestige, and it relates the stability of the society. The condition of spouse-selection under the specific historical condition can reflect the social politics, the economical, cultural development condition to a great extent at that time, and reveal the openness and the modernized degree of social development. Since reform and opening up, the huge socialist system has affected profoundly the spouse-selection of China young people, their spouse-selection also presented some new phenomena and questions.Taking the condition of spouse-selection of China young people as our research object, carrying out the theoretical perspective of ethics theories, collecting the materials by the method of the documents, using a research method combined by qualitative and quantitative measures,this paper reviews China young people's condition of spouse-selection before reform and opening up briefly, then probes and describes the change of China young people's condition of spouse-selection in three historical periods of years from 1978 to 1989,1990 to 2000 and from 2001 to now, and tries to analyze their influencing factors on the former base. This article proposed that the corresponding moral adjustment principle and method by analyzing them, then guide them to deal with the love and marriage relations correctly. This has the vital practical significance on the construction of harmonious society. The condition of contemporary China young people trends idealing, realistic and multiple. Family life breaks away from reality. Contemporary young people lacks the earnest and responsible attitude, and leads to contradictions and conflicts easily, so this affects the harmony of themselves,their families and society. Basing on this, this article attempts establishing the spouse-selection view that suits contemporary young people, at the same time, it is aimed at the new characteristics of their spouse-selection and studies the way that adjusts their spouse-selection ethically. Establishing the moral rules and ethical adjustment methods can help contemporary young people to build moral spouse-selection view, and guides them to strengthen the self-moral training. This also let them move toward the autonomy from the heteronomy, and resist the immoral spouse-selection behavior, thus it really make contemporary young people trend to be mature,faces the life well, and makes happiness penetrate the spouse-selection and marriage from beginning to end. Contemporary young people promote society's harmony and development by establishing happy marriage and harmonious family.At last, this article calculates the future spouse-selection condition:the Sister-Brother-Love becomes more and more; the phenomenon of marrying into wife's family may be popular; the condition of the female is more realistic, and the male will be faced with rigorous situation; young people are more and more multiple and realistic in the process of spouse-selection. But its basic trend is still towards adherence to marriage ethics, an increase of independency and tolerance, and the pursuit of the diversification of the spouse-selection.
