| "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum" is the objectives and tasks of the development of basic education and Curriculum Reform that China proposed at the turn of the century. At the conference of national primary and secondary Education on Information Technology, the Minister of Education Chen Zhili proposed that:" make effort to promote the Integrating of information technology and other subjects ",in October 2000.At the same time, she proposed the objectives and tasks that spread the Education of information technology in primary and secondary school at that time and in the future. In June 2001, the Ministry of Education stressed that vigorously promotes information technology in the teaching process; advances the Integrating of information technology and other subjects; achieves the transform that the presentation mode of teaching content, learning style of students, teaching style of teacher, alternate activities of teachers and students; makes full use of information technology which provide a variety of educational environment and powerful learning tools for the learning and development of students in(《Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program (Trial)》, "only as a teacher in a real classroom with real students carry out the ideal policy or programme which will be come true. Careful design is essential to good course, but not sufficient condition. If the teacher is not perceived program requirements and how to operate in practice, everything is in vain. " (Marsh,C.J.&willis,G.1999).As a result, "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum" put forwards new and higher requirements for teachers.Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum requires teachers to complete and implement. The teacher's teaching ability is an important component and external performance of teachers'ability. The teacher's teaching ability is also the basis and guarantee of Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum. This paper focuses on the requirements and challenges of teachers'teaching ability in the context of "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum". And in order to adapt to the new teaching, what kind of teaching ability and its structure that a teacher needs, what's more, the teachers how to improve their teaching ability to adapt to the background of "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum".This study mainly uses two methods:literature research method and comparative analysis method. This article first describes the related research and achievements at home and abroad. After interpretation of the connotation of the teaching ability and Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum, the author proposes the new requirements that the Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum for teachers teaching ability. On this basis, the author proposed the structure of teachers'teaching ability that adapts to Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum:basic teaching ability under "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum"(basic cognitive ability, the system ability to learn, adjustment and communication abilities);Core ability under "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum" (the ability of using information technology to design teaching, the ability of using information technology to implement teaching, the ability of using information technology to reflective teaching);development teaching ability under "Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum"(the ability of using information technology to self-planning, the ability of using information technology to foresight education, the ability of using information technology to innovation teaching). According to that, the author proposed the current situation of teachers' teaching ability and sound measures against this background. |
