Young teachers of colleges and universities teaching ability information directly influences the level of teaching quality young teachers. With the reform of higher education in recent years the focus from quantity expansion to quality is to enhance the transfer, so young teachers teaching in information technology capability to become a hot issue at present. Information technology environment for young teachers in colleges and universities under the information-based development of teaching ability, educational information is from the software, hardware items to the latent needs of the construction process of the most concern.There are six chapters of this thesis consists of:The first chapter is the Introduction, it is important to study this article describes the background, purpose, significance, methods, basic concepts related to the letter and the study of the basic status quo at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical basis for young people on college teaching ability of teachers to develop information-based theoretical foundation, that is, self-directed learning theory and the theory of professional development of teachers, as well as information on colleges and universities teaching young teachers of the constituent elements of such capacity.Chapter III is the status of research on areas in Xi'an of the three colleges and universities to select some young people conducted a survey of teachers understand the teaching of their information capacity of the basic conditions of development, an analysis of the impact of information technology teachers teaching young people to develop the internal and external factors.Chapter IV is to develop ways to combine the current development of university teachers at home and abroad the basic way to learn the basic starting point, focusing on job training, self-centered mode of development of the individual, school-based training, such as mode of teaching to reflect on their the development of various forms of pattern analysis of the advantages and disadvantages.Chapter V is a case study, combined with investigation of a school in which the actual situation, the actual situation in schools were analyzed, and for the actual situation of the school's basic development strategy.Chapter VI is the future prospects of domestic colleges and universities information in this chapter of the development of teaching ability also need further discussion on two issues, first, the policy mechanism, and the other is the capacity of college teachers of educational technology standards (or the so-called College teaching ability of teachers of information standards) formulation.
