Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(OCB)are employee behaviors that go beyond role requirements and facilitate Organizational functioning .managers pay more and more attention on OCBs.School Organizational climate is relatively long-lasting quality characteristics in school environment,experienced by the majority of teachers and students,thereby affecting their behavior.Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors is that teachers perform some behaviors which are beyond the formal regulations and institution independently,from this sense , Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors are more influenced by school Organizational climate.Therefore,this paper use school organizational climate as an entry point,to study the Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of secondary school. Thisresearch surveys some junior school teachers 200 teachers with questionnaire,analyzing the current status of the school organizational climate and teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in Anhui province as well as the relationship between them.The research results shows as the following:1.The junior middle school teachers in Anhui province in teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors: school identification accept the highest score,followed by interpersonal co-ordination,altruist behaviors,individual initiative, but resource Protection receive the lowest score.2.Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors is notable difference in different school,school style,gender,educational level,marriage state.3.Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors is no notable difference in age,in the unit time,school age,job title.4.school organizational climate in general has an obvious positive relationship with teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in general,altruist behaviors,individual initiative,interpersonal co-ordination,resource Protection;supportive principal behavior and engaged teacher behavior has an obvious positive relationship with teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in general and the various factors;directive principal behavior has an obvious positive relationship with resource Protection; restrictive principal behavior has an obvious negative relationship with school identification,interpersonal co-ordination;frustrated teacher behavior has an obvious negative relationship with school identification,altruist behaviors,individual initiative,interpersonal co-ordination.5.Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors could be predicted by the school organizational climate,school identification could be predicted by the supportive principal behavior,frustrated teacher behavior,engaged teacher behavior; teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in general,altruist behaviors,individual initiative,interpersonal co-ordination could be predicted by the engaged teacher behavior,frustrated teacher behavior;resource Protection could be predicted by engaged teacher behavior.
