Construction Of New Relationship Between Teachers And Students Of Colleges And Universities

The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and most important interpersonal relationship during the process of the educational activities. It plays a very important role in the effect of educational activities and the physical and mental development of students. So it has been the critical part of the education research areas. However, from the current situation of this project we can see that the research achievements on the relationship between university teachers and students are few regardless of home and overseas. As a part of the harmonious society, the university should be harmonious and new-style and manifest the essence of socialist university. The teachers and students of universities act as the core roles. The relationship between them should respond to the main theme of the times of our building a harmonious socialist society. The relationship between them also should be equal, respectful, communicating, understanding, forgiving and trustful. Therefore, the research on the relationship between teachers and students of universities is a very meaningful project.The study consists of four parts. The first part is introduction. It explains the research background, research significance, research guideline, research method, the structural arrangement of this study, and the current situation of this research. The second part is on the basis of literature analysis and investigation. Through the analysis of the current situation of the relationship between university teachers and students in our country's universities, we find that the current relationship between university teachers and students gives some cause for anxiety. It appears to be indifferent, utility and aggravating. Then we analyze the main causes of those problems in five aspects. The third part is the construction of the new-style relationship between university teachers and students. It is the main part of this study. Firstly it explains the implication of the new-style relationship between university teachers and students and its characters. Then it explains the theoretical foundation of the study on constructing the new-style relationship between university teachers and students. As the constituent of the relationship between teachers and students, teachers and students are the most important factors influencing the relationship between teachers and students. They play a leading role in the development of relationship between teachers and students. As the main activity place for teachers and students, the school has a direct or indirect effect on teachers and students all the time. Therefore, constructing the new-style relationship between university teachers and students mainly depends on the concerted efforts of teachers and students. It also needs the support from school. So we put forward the measures to construct the new-style relationship between university teachers and students in terms of teacher, student and school. The fourth is the conclusion and outlook of this study.
