With years of reform in education, various kinds of new teaching theories, teaching methodology, teaching patterns and means have emerged. But these external new things haven't been absorbed as normal teachers' wisdom. To cultivate high-qualified talents with strong learning ability and creativity, the teachers' wisdom and ability in education are greatly needed. The only way out of the education reform is to utilize teachers' education wisdom and to promote the effectiveness in classroom teaching.According to the survey on the current situation of classroom teaching, it is quite common that the efficiency of the Chinese-language teaching is still low. The main reason for this is that teachers are not able to utilize their education wisdom to bring out the high efficiency of the teaching result. Hence this article attempts to seek for a better solution of improving the efficiency of classroom from a new perspective: to promote teachers' education wisdom.In this essay, the author explores relevant theories and practices about the effectiveness of classroom teaching in interrelated data and documents, and then defines two terms: education wisdom and effectiveness of classroom teaching. The next part is the author's research in seeking for the effective strategy about how to utilize the education wisdom to promote the effectiveness of classroom teaching, both theoretically and practically.
