At present,our country has attached great importance to the fact that the educational imformationization boosting the education reform and development and regarded it as a national strategy,and also brought it into the education law of the People’s Republic of China,especially as the project of smart city has been carried out and accelerated through the country,it has promoted the education of intelligence greatly.Yet,generally speaking,the education of intelligence has just been focused on the technology level,most teachers have made use of the information technology to promote the efficiency and teaching only instead of the learning style change,at least fostering knowledgemen hasn’t been formed the main stream trend yet.Now the most teachers’ cognition of the information technology still remain in the general application level,they haven’t realized that informationization play an important role on educational reform.They don’t connect informationization with education innovation,because they are lack of modern education concept.In most cases the more application of information technology they used,the faster the traditional teaching mode will be solidified.Therefore,exploring and practicing of education of intelligence is in great need of.The education of intelligence is the frontier and new demands of the educational informationization.It must be supported by intelligent learning environment,and be promoted by wisdom learning method.In recent years,micro lecture,MOOC,SPOC,big data,ICloud,E-schoolbag and other information technology are widely used in education and teaching field in China.A large number of teachers pay great attention to the exploration to the acceleration of the information technology.Relevant promotion research and practice shows that the information technology can facilitate the math teaching greatly in elementary school,but without a proper teaching mentality,suitable teaching method or right teaching objectives,no matter how good the technology is,it would be useless.Now the common problem in primary school math teaching is that the students’ learning motivation aren’t stimulated mostly as it should be,the lack of personalized and the ability training of innovation thinking,so the information technology can hardly give full play to the role in elementary math teaching.It is true that the classroom teaching is only the micro-level of the information technology,but it can strongly show the effect and essential embodiment of education informationization under the background of new form of education informationization 一education of intelligence.Let us focus on the classroom teaching,that is,how to make the students agree with the teaching content,how to make your student experience the individualized learning in large amount of class;how to transform the unified teaching process and pace into respect for individual differences of personalized learning;how to change from implement the teaching activities towards the generation of the student’s wisdom.All the above are the most important point of the math teaching in the elementary school in China.This article selects represented by E-schoolbag,mobile terminal(MT)as a technical supporting,in view of the common problems of the math teaching in the elementary schools.This paper focus mainly on the study of how to make full use of the E-schoolbag effectively to support the wisdom of classroom teaching theory,method and tools,based on elementary math problems of teaching.The study mainly for problems like "The students don’t agree with the teaching content they learn,the lack of personalized learning process,and the poor supporting tools".Finally trying to construct a model class for the math teaching in the elementary school based on E-schoolbag.On the other hand,willing to have further study of how to design and use the supporting tools by the way of information technology.The main work include:(1)Through the systematically analyzing of the elementary math teaching content and the investigation of the present situation of the informationizational math teaching in elementary school-Ⅰ analysis the main problems of informationization math teaching in elementary school,including:the disagreement of the teaching content;lack of the individualization;lack of systematic understanding of content the pupils learned;lack of self-evaluation and supporting system;the academic supporting tools lag behind.(2)Through theoretical analysis of model building of informationization teaching-the optimization and redesign from the restructuring of the teaching content and problem-driven(Problem),personalized learning path(Personality),intelligent learning environment(Environment),the accumulation of experience activities(Experience)based on TE model.We have had supplement and perfection the above four aspects and build up the model of the intelligent math 2P-7E-2E teaching in elementary school,and give a full intelligent interpretation of the three types of class-new teaching revision,recitation.(3)The analysis has been done according to the model of intelligent teaching in learning and technology under the dual perspective of wisdom classroom characteristic were analyzed.From the teaching concept,teaching aim,teaching mode,teaching content,and teaching environment analysis.We got the main factors affecting the intelligence of the generated.For cognitive strategy,metacognitive strategy,organization strategy,we put forward the concrete generative strategy.Also make some suggestions of the technical assistance according to the above three strategies.(4)Through the demand research of the intelligent learning tools.Based on the characteristics and the advantages of the E-schoolbag,the subject content tools were put forward,for example:Number and algebra,Graphics and geometric,Statistics and probability,Integrative practical activities;at the same time,individualized diagnosis and analysis tools;the overall design and detailed design and application case.(5)Due to the model,methods,tools of the intelligent classroom teaching by using the E-schoolbag,the design and application have been done.All the research results are verified already.In conclusion,the building method and supporting tools for the intelligent elementary math teaching have a significant effect to stimulate the students’ interest and realize the personalized teaching in elementary school in China.
